Terms and Conditions

General Aspects

Sales made in the US trough the Komet web page are subject to the terms and conditions of that platform.

For sales to other countries, terms and conditions must be agreed to through a sales representative.

Privacy Policy:

Patagonia Sun SpA takes care to protect the privacy of all data of a personal character of its Users and Clients through the privacy policies of Shopify.

Any personal data collected by Patagonia Sun SpA are used to process requests and transactions for the client, as well as providing optimal services and understand the needs and behavior of the Users.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual and industrial property rights and any other of similar nature regarding the site, domain, logos, emblems, logotypes, designs, content, information among others, are protected by Chilean and international laws regarding intellectual property.  They may not be copied or modified since they are the property of Patagonia Sun SpA.

Payment terms

For sales in Chile, payment will be made through WebPay, which is an electronic payment system which makes an automatic charge to the User’s bank account or card.

For sales in the US, the terms are specified and agreed to with Patagonia Sun LLC by the user, once an account and access is given on Komet.

For sales in other countries, agreement must be made directly by both parties and do not involve either Shopify or Komet, or any of their terms and conditions.
